Blundergaffe: An evening of improvised comedy and clowning
Blundergaffe is an evening of improvised comedy, clowning, and live folk-rock music. Because in this blunderous world, you have to laugh! Twister hosts the first half - Twister Presents: A Moment In Time , followed by a clowning show by our friends Good Name Clown Cabaret , with a musical interval from local band Bumbler . In Twister Presents: A Moment In Time , the mysterious Sir Mavin Firestone , played by George Brade , guides us through a series of time-warping improv games, influenced by the Twister Wheel and your timely suggestions.
Boho Arts presents: Twister
For the first night of Boho’s double-whammy of Improv shows at the Cumby, Boho Arts presents Twister in a mix of improv games, musical scenes and stand-up comedy! In the first half, witness a whole new format - standup into scenes: Twister’s standup comedians Andrei Iulian Pintea, Ash De Wilde and Matt Ward perform their material, and the whole Twister ensemble creates scenes inspired by their sets. In the second half, MC Matt Ward guides the players through a series of improv games, influenced by the Twister Wheel and your clever suggestions, there may even be a song or two! Join Boho again at the Cumby tomorrow night for Improv Club, with loads more improv, more players and an open improv jam, all inspired from audience suggestions. Find details at bohoarts.co.uk
